    1. +Soundarya Don’t worry dear, try this one and there are many on my Channel and in the description box. Start having multigrain roti and lots of daal and eggs. Also leave sugar and just have honey, jaggrey as a replacement. These things will make a huge difference, must do some sort of workouts too, will soon post some home workouts.

    2. +Soundarya you should do some meditation and pranayama to overcome. Search for kapalbhati pranayama, you will find my video and start learning it from there, just do it for 2 minutes and at any point if you feel discomfort then don’t do this

    1. metabolic rate sahi h madam ka .plus exercise and food ka calorific value v matter karta h.leave all these. just take your normal food. have plenty of water. positive attitude n a bit of exercise and yoga at home 2 times in morning and evening☺

  3. mene yeh kiya h try bt mrg detox water thn musuli with fruits afternoon me 1 roti nd sbji evening me green tea or nuts dinner me boiled eggs. ya chicken , no sugar at all

      vegetables, meat, milk egg white, sprouts, pulses, nuts, no carbohydrates and fats.
      Daily 6 km brisk walk…. you will loose 4 kg in a month.
      I reduced my weight by 5 kg in a month.

Thik h sis bhumi ka wait kam ho gya but hmara kaise kam hoga. mai apna rooting dite plan btati hu aapko green tea 1 cupe with sugar free aur lunch 2 roti tur dal ek small katori green vegetables and dinner bhi same breakfast me apple leti hu kabhi kabhi but with kam nhi hota aur ha thyroid h 100 mg tab leti hu wait kaise kam hoga

    1. Kali Prasad Totally wrong. I eat junks and fast foods every day. But never gain weight. A lot has to do with genes and metabolism as well .

Yeah that’s True Genes play an important role in metabolism but we need to consider this; people who eat unhealthy food and are still slim may be at harm from the inside, what I mean is that unhealthy food promotes the cholestrol build up as well as increase percentage of visceral fat (Fat around the organs) apart from many other health ailments…Just wanted to share my thoughts…Rest eat healthily and stay fit…Cheers :)
