1 small potato
1 small onion
1 tablespoon olive rice bran/sunflower & safflower oil
Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
Method Of Preparation
Step 1 Peel and slice potato and onion thinly.
Step 2 Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced potato and onion.
Step 3 Cook for 6-7 minutes until potato is cooked.
Step 4 Crack eggs into a bowl. Add ketchup, pepper, whisk well.
Step 5 Transfer cooked potato and onion slices to the egg mix. Stir gently.
Step 6 Pour this mix back into the pan and cook on medium heat until eggs are set.
Step 7 Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
Step 8 Serve with a salad or inside a chapati as a roll.
